Refund and Returns Policy?
We will give you a Refund if you contact us to notify us you are wanting a Refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.All goods must be in as new condition and have the receipt and item tags still in tact as new.
Please choose carefully,as we do not normally give Refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund or a credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample that has been shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

Climbing Equipment Returns Policy
Please note that for your safety, due to the critical nature of this equipment, we are unable to exhange or issue a refund for any new and unused climbing equipment once it has left our premise. Please bear this in mind before you make your purchase.
Note-All returned change of mind purchases or incorrect size purchases will incurr a $20 P&H flat fee.

How do I add to the shopping cart?

How do I create an account?
