Exped - Mountain Pro 40

Sleek and weatherproof mountain pack that was developed and designed with the experience of numerous professional mountain guides. Our focus was clear: remove all unnecessary extras and offer full performance in the mountains.

Features

• Large lid with taped seams features both an internal pocket (with pen holder and keyclip) and an external pocket with weather-proof YKK zipper.
• Innovative one hand operated closure. The lid can be sealed using either 2 Rapide Hooks or 1 carabiner (crafted of lightweight aluminium).
• 5 daisy chains for endless attachment options. 2 ice axe loops of slit webbing are also ideal for securing trekking pole tips.
• Virtually waterproof pack with taped seams and PU coated and densely woven 420D Nylon fabric. Fabric is DWR treated.
• Removable thermoformed hipbelt. Variable positioning of the hip-belt buckle, either centered or depending on personal preference left or right over the padded belt preventing any pressure on your stomach.
• Double base with 4 mm EVA insert for added durability. EVA also helps keep the pack upright when on the floor.
• Premium mesh padded shoulder straps that adapt to shoulder contours. Sternum strap included.
• Thermoformed body contact backpanel with a slight concave shape for perfect fit. Fabric is DWR treated for zero snow accumulation.
• Light grey packsack internal coating for good contrast and overview of contents.
• 2 internal gear loops for climbing hardware and two elastic loops for quick access to avalanche probe and shovel shaft
