At Kellys Basecamp we understand that buying online can be a difficult process and so are happy to offer an exchange or refund on products purchased from us if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
This excludes all Special Orders.
Please note: Due to the critical nature of the equipment we cannot accept returns on climbing gear.
Goods must be returned in as new condition, in the original packaging, with all tags still in tact.
The product must be accompanied by a Hiking.com.au receipt and a note including your order number, the reason you are returning the item and whether you require an exchange or refund.

Please ensure to obtain a proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot be liable for any items that go missing in transit.
We highly recommend that items be returned via an insured and trackable delivery method for your protection.
Please be aware that all return postage charges are at the customers expense unless the product is deemed to be faulty or has been wrongly sold.
Refunds or Credit will be issued within 72 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
Note - All returned change of mind purchases or incorrect size purchases will incur a Postage cost debited from the purchaser depending on the cost of postage and handling.
